Golden or natural — both are the same fruit
Malatya's Hacihaliloglu apricots are picked at full colour, halved, stoned and laid out on drying fields at altitude. From there the crop divides in two.
Sulphured apricots are treated with food-grade sulphur dioxide before drying, which preserves the bright orange colour and a softer bite. Natural apricots skip that step entirely and dry to a deep mahogany brown with a more caramelised flavour. We sell both, and we will tell you honestly which suits your market.

Grades and cuts we pack
Whole halves are sold by count per kilo, from jumbo down to small. Below that we cut, dice and puree to industrial specification.
Standard No.3–No.4
The mid calibres that carry most of the market. Consistent size, the best balance of price and appearance.
Small No.5–No.6
Smaller halves for mixes, cereals and bars where the fruit is cut or blended anyway.
Natural (unsulphured)
Dried with nothing added, deep brown and caramel-sweet. The grade for clean-label and organic ranges.
Organic
EU and USDA NOP certified lots from contracted organic gardens. Volume is limited and allocated by season.
Diced 10×12 mm
Rice-floured dice for bakery, muesli and confectionery. Also cut at 8×10 mm and 6×6 mm.
Retail pouches
Resealable printed pouches in sulphured or natural grade, ready for shelf under your label or ours.
Puree & paste
Smooth apricot puree for dairy, baby food and beverage lines, produced to your Brix specification.
Bulk grades ship in double-lined cardboard cartons on heat-treated pallets, with wooden crates available on request.
