Whole natural figs, sun-dried and hand-graded into six calibres from Lerida to Protoben. Soft, honeyed and packed without additives.

Fig Salami

Pressed fig paste rolled with walnuts into a firm log and cured until sliceable. A cheese-board favourite with no added sugar.

Your format, your label

We run our own packing line, so a pallet can leave as a supermarket-ready retail pack or as a plain industrial carton for further processing.

  • Retail: printed pouches, corrugated trays, PET jars and gift boxes.
  • Food service: 5 kg and 10 kg cartons with food-grade liners.
  • Industrial: 12.5 kg blocks, IQF-compatible and paste formats.
  • Private label: artwork, barcodes and multilingual labels handled in house.

Wholesale & export

Built for buyers who order by the pallet

We are a wholesale supplier, not a shop. Everything below is set up around container loads, repeat programmes and the paperwork that has to travel with them.

Bulk formats

5 kg, 10 kg and 12.5 kg lined cardboard cartons as standard, wooden crates on request, stacked on heat-treated ISPM 15 pallets and stretch-wrapped for sea freight.

Private label

We print pouches, sleeves and cartons to your artwork, handle barcodes and multilingual nutrition panels, and hold the plates for repeat runs.

Export documentation

Certificate of origin, health certificate, analysis report and phytosanitary papers travel with every shipment. ATR and EUR.1 issued where applicable.

Order sizes

From one pallet of a stocked format up to full container loads. Mixed containers across the three product lines are welcome.

Terms & routes

EXW, FOB Izmir, CIF and DDP. Sea freight from Izmir, road groupage into Europe, air freight for samples and urgent top-ups.

Send us your spec — calibre, moisture, SO₂ limit, packaging — and we will confirm in writing what we can hold, lot after lot.
